I spoke with Gordon on Wednesday about repairing my Carrier AC furnace. After explaining to him the symptoms of my unit, he said he didn't think it was the motor. He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan... He sent Nathan out the following day to diagnose the furnace and it turned to be the motor. The wheel needed cleaning as well. Nathan took the motor out and returned the following day to complete the job. Gordon and Nathan, both, came across as being very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't need, like others had attempted to do. I'll give these guys a 5+.

Total Home worked hard to meet our needs. They gave me several options to choose from and got the work done quickly. I would recommend them to a friend. We needed a whole new system and they gave us a fair price.

I have had a total of 2 estimates, pricing from 14K,10K! Very overpriced and telling me things needed to be repair that were not necessary! Nate shown me everything in detail and appeared to be very honest! I have locked this company number in for all future repairs to my HVAC! I truly recommend... Amazing service! We called with a same day urgent repair due to AC failure with our dog and elderly mother in the house. Lynn called the nearest tech, Nate Brow, and we couldn’t be more thankful! Installation was professional and efficient. For a rooftop mount they were done in a day. I had a problem with the unit but their response was quick - a few hours after I made the call. The issue was immediately resolved
